Terms of Service – Big Megahertz

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using bigmhz.com (the “Site”) and creating an account with Big Megahertz (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be legally able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. SMS Verification (Twilio Compliance)

When you register using your phone number, we send a one-time SMS verification code solely to confirm your number and secure your account.
Messages identify “Big Megahertz” and are limited to this verification purpose only; no marketing texts are sent.
Message frequency: one-time during registration (additional messages only if you request a new code).
Message & data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
If you do not want to receive the verification SMS, do not proceed with registration. You may stop a verification flow at any time by closing the process.
For help with verification, contact support@bigmhz.com. (If your carrier auto-handles HELP/STOP, their standard responses may apply.)

4. Acceptable Use

Do not use the Site for unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive purposes.
Do not attempt to circumvent security, probe systems, or interfere with the Site’s operation.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. User Content

You retain rights to the content you submit and grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host and display it for Site functionality.
You are solely responsible for your content and must ensure you have all necessary rights to share it.

6. Services & Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

7. Third-Party Services

The Site may integrate third-party services (e.g., Twilio for SMS). Your use of third-party services may be subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Payments (If Applicable)

Any paid features or purchases are subject to the prices and terms shown at checkout.
All charges are final unless otherwise stated.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Big Megahertz is established, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Venue for disputes will be in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date indicates the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
